Kyocera Precision Tools (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. (KPTZ), formerly named Kyocera Tycom Carbide Tools (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd., was founded in 2000 as a subsidiary of Kyocera Tycom (USA) Co., Ltd. In 2014, through Kyocera Group’s corporate internal integration, the company subsequently became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kyocera Corporation (Japan) and continues to operate until now. KPTZ is under the Kyocera Industrial Cutting Tool Division, which focuses on the production and sale of high-efficiency, high-quality cutting tools. In addition to drills, routers, end mills, and reamers used in PCB fabrication, KPTZ also manufactures round-blade cutters and other industrial precision cutting tools. KPTZ also cooperates with Kyocera Research and Development Centers around the world to support customers in achieving high-efficiency machining and production processes.
